TVJAPAN's "Tabi-no-tatsujin-jutsu" ("Master of Journeys") aired a segment featuring Gate Gourmet-prepared food and beverage for American Airlines' Chicago-Narita service. Executive Chef Yoshi Tanaka, who had an integral role in the menu re-design, provided commentary.
