Where did you work previously? I was recently with Compass Group N.A. in their Healthcare Division as a Corporate Research & Development Chef. Prior to that I worked for LSG Sky Chefs and also Ritz Carlton Hotels.
What do you like most about Gate Gourmet? Gate Gourmet’s culture and diversity are incredible – we trulyhave a global village of professional people who achieve amazing things. I enjoy interacting with every one of my colleagues in the complex, ‘mission-critical’ environment of airline catering.
Where did you study the culinary arts? It all started in the kitchen with my dad, and watching him transform a little butter and some eggs into a lovely Hollandaise sauce. Later, I was fortunate at a young age to have the opportunity to learn my craft at the Ritz Carlton and then formally at the Baltimore International Culinary College.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not cooking? I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and flying my kites whenever we visit the beach.
