Where did you work previously? I started in my family restaurant in Corrientes, Argentina. I also worked in various restaurants in Buenos Aires such as Confectionary Eden and Pagoda restaurants.
What inspired you to be a chef? I was born in the kitchen, literally. I have been passionate about cooking and doing new food creations all my life.
What is your favorite food or the dish that you most enjoy?Seafood. I really enjoy shellfish.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not cooking? Being with family and my sons and going fishing.
Is there anything that you can’t travel without? My iPad. I do everything with it except cooking.
What are the three things you can’t live without?
