Where did you work previously? It's hard to believe I have been in the culinary world for more than 20 years, across international markets, primarily in the U.S., Australia and the UK. I gained a wealth of experience at leading hotel properties and organizations, like Sofitel Philadelphia, the Sydney Marriott, Crowne Plaza properties in Canberra and London, the Intercontinental London Park Lane, Giffords Specialty Foods, Novotel London West and the iconic Claridge’s. Just to name a few.
What do you like most about Gate Gourmet? The variety. No day is the same. And being able to combine travel with my profession is a bonus!
What attracted you to airline catering? Moved to airline catering for a new challenge with work-life balance.
What are the three things you can’t live without? A nice car, fine wine and good food!
Where did you study the culinary arts? Ryde College in Sydney Australia.
