Where did you work previously? I’ve had the good fortune to work at a number of excellent establishments, including the Hotel Beau Rivage Palace in Lausanne, the Hilton Hotel in Manchester, and the Baur au Lac hotel in Zurich, where I also did my apprenticeship.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not cooking? I love going out with family, but food is always a central theme in my family…….what shall we do for dinner?
What do you like most about Gate Gourmet? Given our global network and international clientele, I get to meet and interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures and learn about dishes from all around the world.
What are the three things you can’t live without? My family, good food (life is too short for mediocre food), and sunshine
What is your favorite food or the dish that you most enjoy? Traditional Swiss dish called Ghackets mit Hörnli and Apfelmues Hörnli pasta (small macaroni) with minced meat and apple sauce.
