


London, August 14, 2005 - Gate Gourmet UK confirmed this morning that it continues on schedule to provide the basic service to enable planes to fly at London Heathrow Airport.
In addition, it is pleased to further announce that from Monday, August 15, it will be able to increase its service level on all long-haul flights.
Eric Born, CEO of Gate Gourmet UK, said, "Our ability to quickly restore a food service is a testament to the efforts of our staff, who were not involved in Wednesday's illegal industrial action, over the last four days. We are pleased that we are able to provide this service to our customers, and hope to increase our capabilities over the coming week."
