All poultry and poultry products used by Gate Gourmet units originate from sources approved by national authorities.
Gate Gourmet is committed to producing safe and wholesome food, and we take this responsibility very seriously. The company operates a worldwide food safety control program based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and our facilities are regularly inspected by government health agencies, customers and our own internal auditors.
