



Chef Thierry Duflos is the Executive Chef responsible for menu development and meal's quality at Gate Gourmet Argentina. Placed at Ezeiza International Airport, this flight kitchen serves 15 airline companies and prepares up to 15.000 meals per day. Thierry also coordinates the Cook Apprenticeship Career at The BUE Trainers, the Culinary Training Centre owned by Gate Gourmet Argentina.
He is a Certified Chef, having studied at Mederic Culinary School, France. Thierry has worked in well known restaurants such as Le Jules Verne (Eiffel Tower, Paris), La Tour d'Argent (Paris), Duxton Hotel Singapore (the first Boutique Hotel in Asia), and has been part of the teaching team of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School (Tokyo). Since he has joined Gate Gourmet, Thierry Duflos has been awarded the "Golden Duck" at Gate Gourmet's international cooking competition and taken part of the selective Gate Gourmet Culinary Academy, where the South American Team won the Culinary Academy Menu Presentation Competition.
