Inaugurated in 1985, its kitchen has historically worked for Iberia and known high quality airlines. Worthy of GSE 2000, provides services for Spanish Royal Family and all Spanish Goverment's flights. It has a close cooperation with local and international Chefs ranging from traditional catering (Sergi Arola for Iberia) to high level branding for DTP sandwiches (designed by Ferrán Adriá). The Madrid Unit produces more than 10 million trays per year, and has nearly 1000 employees.
