Your inflight service depends on all partners in the supply chain being able to deliver on time. Gate Gourmet provides detailed, accurate demand forecasts based on the service schedule and expected passenger loads.

Using an imported or a generated passenger forecast, Gate Gourmet can produce a complete food and equipment forecast for the daily, weekly or monthly service demand for all the services on all the flights at each station. This forecast can be provided to you and distributed to others as electronic data feeds or on the Internet through the InFlight ExchangeTM.

To streamline internal operations, Gate Gourmet is already using this data set to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods to our catering units to achieve optimal storage and production requirements and thus provide cost effective and dependable catering to your flights.
