As part of eGate Solutions, Gate Gourmet can provide electronic invoicing through the InFlight ExchangeTM at all Gate Gourmet stations. This virtually eliminates the paper invoice, and can automatically check the three-way match (order, delivery note, and invoice) to ensure that the invoice total is accurate.

The whole invoice is available for you to view online, and is laid out with a clear hierarchical structure to help you review each part of it in detail. And if you find any discrepancies, you can report them online by clicking on the relevant figure and entering a revised figure and a message. Our electronic invoicing team is immediately notified of the discrepancy, and works quickly to address it, ensuring that an agreed invoice is produced quickly and efficiently.

All of the invoice data is available in electronic formats for you to download and use in internal systems. We can even interface directly with major financial management systems to streamline the payment process.
